Rebecca Romijn (born in New York City) is an American actor and model most well-known as the actress of Mystique The main character from the first three segments of X-Men. Romijn played a role in a Marvel filmcalled "The Punisher", in where she was Joan. Romijn began her modelling career at the age of 16. She has since posed for major companies including Christian Dior Sports Illustrated and Victoria's Secret. She spent 10 years modeling for top fashion houses prior to giving up to pursue an acting profession. Romijn enjoyed a much more lucrative career on television that in Hollywood.
